RNS-315 – first look

RCD-310 – first look

2011 Jetta is in San Francisco!

2010 Audi TTS test-drive

So, this car is different. This is a real performance car, and I felt that simple walk-around will not do, it’s what inside that matters. To give you an idea of what this car is about – I took it on a drive on I-280 with my friend Art Tiliev on the camera, and I tried to transfer what you can do with the car, and what it feel like when you drive it. By the way – it feels awesome! The car is insanely fast, handles like a dream, and doesn’t cost that much – the one I drive is priced at about $52K. In the latest car magazine comparison they put TTS convertible against Boxter S, so I think it will fair to compare it to Cayman S, which will be about $71K with similar equipment.

Enjoy!

Eos

Volkswagen Eos has been selling in USA since 2007, but it still remains a mainly unknown model. There is virtually no advertisement, and unless you are actively shopping for a hardtop convertible – you may have never heard of it. Some people don’t even know how to pronounce the name – they spell it, thinking it is an abbreviation. The name Eos is derived from the Greek Eos - goddess of dawn and wind, which losely follows Volkswagen’s tradition of naming cars after winds.

Eos is a very unique car – the only hardtop convertible in production with a functional sunroof. The car has won numerous awards and comparisons, taking over such cars as BMW 335 convertible and Volvo C70. The car provides a great combination of performance, comfort and design at a value price.

Anyone car find a lot of information about this car on-line, but I wanted to go one step further, and I recorded a short video walk-around of the car, I hope you enjoy it:
